What is the cheese made of? Looks good.

Water, coconut oil, modified potato and corn starch, sea salt, jalapeños, natural plant flavors, olive extract. It doesn’t melt super well but it’s the only fake cheese I buy... Also haven’t trues any other varieties from this brand. 60 cal per 20g slice 4.5 fat (4g sat) 180 mg sodium 4g carbs 0g protein
