"Anabolic Omelette"; basically an Egg White Omelette with Cheese, Turkey and Ham. This is 349 calories, 20 g Fat, 4 g Carbs and 34 g Proteins. I also added Sardines with Louisiana Hot Sauce for the additional 19 g Proteins.

I was with you up until the sardines part I use to love sardines and I got one bad can it ruined it for me it was kind of a chewy fish experience lol I guess I should give them another try the hot sauce gave them a certain appeal since I use hot sauce on almost everything I remember they had some with hot sauce in them that's still a overall great meal good job

jenny3781- Yeesh, Food Poisoning is the WORST! I understand why that would turn you off on the Sardines. Me, I grew up eating them. 😁
