Quick update...

Hubs still hasn't gotten his test results but is feeli g much better. Had to pick the girl up at school cuz her cough is nasty. Took her to emergency clinic cuz I didn't want to wait around all day for her pedi. PA there thought it's likely a URI but tested her too so the girl is home the rest of the week. The boy and I are largely unscathed.

In The Before Times, this wouldn't be such a hassle. Even the PA agreed if it weren't for the girl needing a negative test to be let back to school she'd have sent her home without question with the all clear to go to school tomorrow.

I hate waiting but it is what it is.

I've even eaten some of my feelings (most of a homemade raspberry pie over 2 days) but I've been more or less under my calorie cap so yay me!
