Fasting a.m. blood sugar 111; weight 168.1
Plan: egg fast/IF/exercise
Cold, rainy day, but didn't frost my tomato plants. Was a good day to go to early voting -- most people stayed home because of weather! Breakfast was BPC coffee with whipping cream, 1 tbsp of spiced pumpkin puree, egg and 2 bacon. Lunch was egg stirfry with kale, Swiss chard, peppers and onion, and avocado, with parmesan cheese. Yumm! Drinking lots of hot green tea! Trying to ignore any sugar cravings and stick to keto/IF. Wood stove is fired up and I am toasty warm. Hubby is out in the damp cold hauling hay to his cattle. Farm work doesn't stop for weather.
Macros 6/83/11; 1714 calories; fiber 12.9; net carbs 14.42; net kcals -592
Glucose at 9:22 pm = 91. Need to eat some cheese! Still learning to balance blood sugar with Intermittent Fasting. Changed macros to 6/82/12; calories 1827; net carbs 14.78; net kcals -479
