Fasting blood sugar 124; weight 169.4; Slept nearly 8 hours last night, very unusual for me. Must be the cold weather! Usually its about 6 hours -- I can feel the difference, didn't need a nap today! Plan: Keto egg fast/IF/exercise Low temp supposed to be 41 tonight. Weatherman promised no frost, so I didn't protect my tomato plants. Sure hope he is right! Breakfast: egg, bacon, hot green tea. Lunch was egg, cheese, two keto muffins. Snack was Keto coffee, peanuts, and cheese stick. Drank lots of hot green tea all day.
