Tiny cat is helping me with my Body Pump again. I'm lighter than I've ever been since I started with Body Pump 4 years ago and it's really interesting how different the moves feel as my body changes shape. When you carry extra body fat around for years you can forget what it feels like to have that greater range of movement. It's a great motivator.

Ah thank you, Pebble, I really appreciate the cheerleading! It's the first time in a few years I've been in the right headspace to do this, and it's just such a relief really. We had a long gap when our old cat died without pets around, but the kids lobbied for kittens over lockdown, then a friend's cat had a litter, and well, here we are again!
