The dressing is made of sesame oil, soy sauce, fresh chilli, fresh ginger, lemon juice and a tiny bit of honey so it has a really nice fresh and spicy taste.

Elizabeth, it’s one of my favourite recipes, and though I used a pack of pre-cooked lentils for this one, cooking puy or green lentils from scratch makes it even nicer.
