Well, found out this morning my scale had been moved - don't know for how long. So I put it back onto my rug and marked it so I will know when it gets moved.
I am officially starting the Original Atkins 72 Induction today and going through it as written. My start weight for this will be today's weigh-in at 180.4. My plan is to follow DADR fully without modification and see how it works. I admit I have used it before and then reading the newer versions or comments from others, I have gotten off track and modified it to fit what I wanted. No more. I am going to give this my full hearted try.
So today until next Thursday - Meats, eggs, some cheeses, and the two salads if I feel hungry for them. My goal is 10 pounds this month or at least 1 size down; to weigh myself each day, and measure once a week.
