I know I had about 2000 cal yesterday!😩
It was Saturday and I had to work and I just was bad! 😢 I had pizza and ice cream - enjoyed both though. 😁. May start exercising soon in the form of walking. I will start counting my steps and go little bit more every day. I’m not sure if I’m starting tomorrow. 🤔
202.5 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
