I didn’t think I ate that much yesterday, but I think what I ate was really fattening, it was something Mexican and I really didn’t know the name of it and I couldn’t really find the calories on it. I will have to try harder to lose weight or the horrible exercising I probably should be doing.😳
202.6 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
