Safeway had corn.. 3 cents an ear. I didn't buy any this time, but the time before I bought the limit of 6 ears.. Microwave 3 min each in the shuck. Using pot holders or a towel the shuck and silk comes off so easy... Can't buy them, tho. I ate 5 of them for dinner... bad for the blood sugar.. Best not to have such temptation around.. Damn diabetes!

I’d have loved this meal! I like to cut up cheese and the turkey sausage for a quick lunch sometimes.

dboza, I cook mine in the oven in the husk for about 20 minutes. Works the same way as the microwave. And my meal all comes out the same time 😊
