Fasting blood sugar 142; weight 172.7 Plan: IF/Not Keto/exercise Enjoyed a biscuit with marmalade with breakfast. Not eating Keto today but still doing intermittent fasting and tracking food. Asparagus for lunch was an unexpected bonus. I trimmed back some of the asparagus ferns because they were so prolific I couldn't see the path between the raised garden beds. There was a nice handful of new spears hidden under the ferns. When I was a kid in Washington there was only one asparagus season per year, but here in north Texas I get a small fall production also, usually in September.
