WHAT A TRANSFORMATION - this is truly a very real metamorphosis for you. I bet it has changed a lot more than just your weight hasn't it? I didn't read your entire diary but if you can, I would write a little short story of how you sent about it to yourself and all your feelings along the way so you never forget. I recall how I went from a 230 chubby in high school to an airborne ranger and how it not only changed my physical appearance but the way the world looked at me too. These are things to hold on to as you get older. To your credit, you were motivated to do it yourself, you did not have anyone hovering over you day and night to kick your butt. Right now, you look like a movie star! You are dynamite, lady - keep working it! I am totally awed by you!
