And a little bit more is gone, hopefully I'll be back to 139 in another day or two. Then I can focus on those last few lbs to goal weight! The hubby will be gone for a few days next week visiting his father, so I can actually cook & eat WHAT I WANT!!! Tilapia! Zucchini! Don't know why he hates those, but he does. Last night's exercise session was a little rough. I got a foot cramp that I had to massage out, then I'd just finished the ab work when I got a little dizzy & nauseous.🤢 Once again, I couldn't do the arm workout. Tonight I'm planning on running, assuming I don't get another foot cramp😒 Then I guess I'll do the arm workout Friday, and maybe a little more ab work while I'm at it. You can NEVER do too much ab work!
140.2 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
