TOTALLY BOGUS! Still at 221.0 despite a super low cal day and a lot of running around. Having a few beers and extra portions of chicken breasts tonight to try to jump start the bod. Hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow.

Sometimes it comes off after the cheat day. I don't know if you have ever thought of a low carb diet where you lose weight through ketosis. I don't know... you're method has been working pretty well for you. Sometimes you see improvement in fitness and strength training when you "mix it up." I don't know if that's true for diet.

Well BP, I don't know what to say. I would type a raspberry if I knew how :) Hope for a drop for you soon because this is not your usual pattern. I didn't drop either today. Sigh. It's a bugger isn't it? All we can do is just keeping 'doing'. Or have a Scotch and say screw it :)
