I managed to give them to hubby after consuming only 5. And I was doing so well today! My fault entirely but I will enjoy the memory of those 5 and try not to feel guilty. I will instead gloat a little because I have brought the glucose down to a safe level in just 9 weeks! No evening walk after all: company here. Rode exercise bike 30 minutes instead.
