Fasting blood sugar: 193 (oops -- wonder what happened?) weight 176.4. This is my regular eating day. I will restart IF tomorrow. Lunch was delicious fresh out of the garden veggies and honeydew melon, with bacon wrapped meatloaf muffin (That's bacon wrapped around a scoop of meatloaf mix, baked in muffin tin-- gives lots of planned overs to put in freezer.)
Update: We walked about 1/2 a mile this evening. I also spent about 30 minutes working in the garden. I enjoyed all the vegetables and melons from our garden and ate three meals today. 1470 calories; macros 26/59/15; net carbs 84.46; fiber 13.4
Back to IF tomorrow, and am thinking about doing a 3 day beef and butter challenge. Will see how I feel about it tomorrow.
