New battery for my glucose monitor showed glucose 141 mid-afternoon yesterday. This morning fasting blood sugar was 198. Didn't walk last evening. Weight this morning 179.8. Worked in the garden 1 hour this morning planting corn and beets for fall garden, picked squash and cucumbers, none of it strenuous but plenty hot. Housework and desk work today. Cooking some new Keto recipes this week, so far hubby likes them and will be ok with repeats. He gets the benefits of my Keto diet without trying to lose, but he is active with outside projects much of the day. Heat in the upper 90s all week so I'm inside most afternoons. Macros were better today: 9/71/20 and net carbs 23.46, but fiber only 9.3. It's hard to get everything together just right.
