It's pretty good and has solid protein and fiber. This one is from Banda in an orange box and I bought it at Target. I've had another brand in a green box with an earthy name and it had an odd aftertaste. I like this one better. Do not nibble on the dry noodles. I think the flour is made from raw chickpeas on this one.

sorry, it's Banza, not Banda. But it is in an orange box.

it's expensive on amazon. I think I paid $3.50 for my single box.
