my goals for June. Increase my Fitbit daily goal to 15000. steps. with a 90% completion rate. Lift weights three times a week once the gym opens Weigh in the 180s by July 1. I think this is a little unrealistic. Then one day if excessive steps in the range of 30000to 50000

I forgot I am not going to drink in June. I gave up drinking at the beginning of the year. Slowly I have been adding it back into my day. I need to nip this in the bud right now

LOL, I love my little badges and I love closing the rings most of the time. currently at 108 days.

Wow I have never done 7days in a row. Between the two jobs it is hard. My full time job just took away my only day off. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the only days I have a shot at getting any real distance. Thanks for your support ❤️

There’s the determined gal I know and love. Except for the quitting drinking lol. I’ve been trying to not drink during the week but usually don’t make it past Tuesday. Thanks for helping me get back on tack. I weigh on Wednesday.

Germanturtle. That will be the hardest part with the stress lately. I quit the first of the year. Drank maybe 3 or 4 times until May. Then a little bit more. I can't drink and stay on a diet too.
