Well, that time is coming up. On Sunday I enter my two week weight. I am hoping for at least a two pound weight loss. I haven't cheated on calorie or exercise count. I am using a food scale. My diet calender says an average net loss of 1500 daily for the last two weeks. Yet, I know how dieting goes, plateaus and all. Also since my last weigh in was 208.5, the loss of two pounds will take me to 206.5. Now I know this is good, but somehow unless my weight passes the 5's or 0's my mind tricks me into thinking the program isn't working. (dumb, I know). I am glad no one reads these Journals but it does help me when I read back a few months from now. Until Sunday

Oops.. sorry... I read this after you stopped by my journal, LOL. I dunno, I get where you're coming from with the math but if it were only that simple I'd have lost 3x what I have so far so if the 2lb isn't there don't give up, it may be there the next day. I'm all about the rounding too. The program will work - give it time one day at a time one meal at a time whatever it takes until the next one.
