Good afternoon FS family! So I'm noticing some unhealthy signs and I am going to creep my calories up.
I know everyone's body reacts differently to low calorie diets, but it just seems like my body needs a little more. It makes sense since I am working out everyday for at least 45 minutes to an hour.
Hope you guys all stay safe! I'm going to make sure I get a good work out in tomorrow, so I don't gain this weight back.

900 calories isn't enough. I agree you need to up your calories. I think you should focus on your protein intake. It will help you with your cravings. Do some research on how many calories you need to lose weight. If you look up how many calories you need to lose weight it should take you to a calculator that will help you.

Thank you friends. I'm going to continue to search the internet and ask those of you for advice. I went to one faulty website that said to lose the most weight, I needed to take in 939 calories. Still too low, though after going on other websites, they are recommending 1100-1300 range.
I will also talk to my doctor, my husband suggested this, since I have certain health conditions.

Yeah ditto what tautauu22 said. You know your body best and what you need to maintain your health as you keep moving forward with your weight loss. And that's a great idea to talk with your doctor. I hope he/she can help you! You can do this!
