UGH. I am so mad at myself for eating over my calorie intake. I was doing so well... I went over roughly 74-100 calories. I'll just have to work out even harder tomorrow. I'm just having a really hard time with cravings. It doesn't help that after a work out, I'm starving.

All things considered, that is not bad. Log it and go on, no need to be mad at yourself.

You are doing great. Just stay positive. I know you want to lose weight fast but remember slow and steady is better. They say it's best to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. Don't try to lose 1 pound a day.

Knowing that you are hungry after a workout, may I suggest making some healthy protein bites, or some other healthy snack that can be set aside specifically for post workout? Snacking is my worst habit and a hard one to break. Best wishes to you. 💞
