I bought two cooked chickens this week. Well I bought 3, but hubby already had one ;).
Trying to decide what to make with it. Need something quick and easy tonight as it’ll ale awhile to get the meat off the bones and I have a sick little one at home. I’m thinking maybe fajitas? That is if hubby hasn’t gotten to the bell peppers I sliced and put in the freezer.
Or maybe just heat it up and make egg noodles and gravy for a side. Egg noodles and brown gravy are a favorite around here.

I like to make quick chicken and dumplings. My dumplings are usually the cheap biscuits. Love the noodles and gravy. Chicken tacos?

Tata took my first suggestion. My second (and I know this was days ago but for the future) is stir in the skillet w/frozen mixed veggies. I do that a lot.

The family voted for chicken fajitas. I still have some chicken left so it’ll go for chicken and noodles or in omelettes.
