Just a rambling post. FINALLY got a scale that is accurate lol. That's wonderful as I've been searching it seems like forever. The best part was, I found it in a free bin at a yard sale, new still in the box?! Can't get any luckier than that lol. I've been sticking to my diet and sticking to 1200-1500 calories a day. Went over one day at 1700, but I'm fine with that. Been doing the major spring cleaning and working my butt off in the process. Hiking and nature walks a couple of times this week with the DH and fur babies. Things seem to be doing fine. Glucose levels have been in the 80s and not above 140 after eating, and blood pressure has been in the normal range, some days on the low side of normal. This morning it was 57/105 is that to low? I'm not sure. If it keeps up, I'll have a talk with my doctor just in case I need to lower my blood pressure meds. Having a late lunch of Alaskan Pollock, roasted veggies, and chickpeas. 280 calories. I missed breakfast but I only have it occasionally anyway. Three mottos I'm going to continue to stick to in March are:

1.) There are no limits to what you can accomplish, except the limits you place on your own thinking.

2.) Whatever you decide to do, make sure it makes you happy!

3.) Never let your fear decide your future.

I hope everyone has a blessed day and remember, it is not the mountain we conquer, but ourselves!

Angel are you sure your bp wasn't 105/57? Never give up. You are doing great and that was a great score on the scale
