oh my. last time I saw 200.* was October, when I was under 200 for a while. almost scary. this time I need to be prepared to make it stick... and take some pictures too.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sista... You rocking it... You like plunged in the onesies and never looked back... I used my cheek surgery as an excuse to overload on ice cream for a month and forced myself in the Michelin territory again... 🤦🏼‍♂️ Ok... I'm almost ready... Here we go... After my 2 pounds of licorice that get delivered today... Right after that... Next week maybe 🤣

LoL. JC, it seems that I've grown immune to it or don't eat enough. Had 10 yesterday with no effect. Normal day I eat maybe 4-8.
