When I was starting to lose i was weighing everyday to see how foods affect me. Once I had a good grasp, it’s once a week. Now I’m maintenance just once a month?

I like weighing daily, it keeps me on track. It does fluctuate and it goes up, which can be discouraging sometimes but even then I know it’s water weight and I haven’t actually gained if I have been eating right.

Every morning, every night before bed to guess what I may weigh in the morning (always guess wrong) and in the middle of the night if I get up to pee- just for shits and giggles but I only record my daily morning before food or drink and after peeing naked weight. How's that for an answer...?
