Thank you both!💞🤗 I just started slow and no incline and moved on up. Built up. Tatauu, I am so glad! I’m an odd duck in that I love cardio. Mixing it with weight training has been perfect for me. And, yes, Ireland. I definitely notice my legs getting stronger. I’ll always have thicker thighs but now they look like someone who works them rather than just big. 😊
