Dinner tonight was a burger with cheese, mayo, onion, lettuce, and tomato. Cucumber slices, veggie straws, and a pickle! 630 calories but was way worth it! Total calories today was 100% with my plan. I hope everyone had a great day and a blessed night!

It really was! My husband said he don't see how I can have cucumbers with a burger or veggies other than normal toppings at all with it... It seems like I can't have a meal without a veggie anymore. I'm not complaining tho, I enjoy them lol.

I eat way to much meat. I've been trying to incorporate more meatless meals in my diet. Thinking of trying one meatless day a week and working my way up to at least 3 a week.

I'm pretty much a "frozen delight" type of person and Gardein has great easy meatless options.

Angel you should try some indulgent meatless meals. You can keep the calories lower not having the meat. It would be a fun way to incorporate a meatless Monday into your meal planning. Acomandr I will definitely give it a try. I’m a flexitarian I have meat a few time a month. Been thing about take the plunge to full vegetarian for a while just know I will miss a few things, like burgers. I’ve never given any meatless ‘meats’ a try though.
