Have I ever mentioned that I hate ab work?? Did 110 or so on the ab buster machine, 30 leg lifts and 75 on cable crunches yesterday. Today when I sneeze( thanks Oklahoma weather and allergies) my abs cramp. Not fun lol.

Maybe. But I can’t see them with this nice fat layer covering them 🤣. Don’t think I want to diet and train hard enough to get and keep visible abs. Will see
