Maybe it can help me stick to this more if I do the journal. Last night I cheated with some ice cream around 8pm but today woke up 20 min rowing, 30 min walking, 20 min sauna. Then didn't eat my first meal till almost 12 so kept my 16 hr fasting in tact at least. I burned about 400 calories w/ the exercising this morning. I am not going to weigh myself for a while because I started takng creatine which bloats me up with water weight some the scale doesn't reflect what I'm really at. In the next month I just want to drop 5 more lbs and develop some consistency that will help in the long run. Getting close to my checkup with the doctor and I hope my cholesterol is lower than last time we checked 6 months ago.
