Well, back in full ketosis after the stevia debacle on Wednesday. REALLY unsure of how to proceed with my quest for SF Jello...After I read my forum post I wonder if I've suffered some brain damage already.. LOL. If it's that big of a deal I need to just put it down and walk away....but, I feel sure that there is an answer. I just need to be methodical about it and try to figure it out.
Okay! On with the weekend!
167.6 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
