Woke at 230.8, down 2.4 from yesterday. I burned 4200 plus calories rearranging my home office and family room yesterday. I got off the bus early and walked .75 miles to the office today. I'll do that every day if I get here early enough. New Year's resolution! UPDATE: Good day of water movement and exercise. Came home at 228.0.

I did some furniture moving yesterday too, after taking down the Christmas tree, hauling it out, then I put all the big chairs back where they belong. Then vacuumed and hauled the storage box of ornaments down to the basement. It's definitely some good activity.

@Horeshu1 I use 'housework'. It doesn't do justice to heavy work, but at least it's a usable category.
