My neighbors have a daughter who lives in South Carolina. She sent four loaves of the most amazing bread to us. She went to some very famous farm bakery that was built in a barn and the bread is baked in huge outdoor ovens. One cinnamon raisin, one cranberry citrus, a sourdough and a loaf of the most incredible plain old white bread. The best thing I have eaten in a long time. We all sat around the table and just ate bread with Kerrygold butter. The others had cold beer or wine, I had water because alcohol isn’t my thing but it was a wonderful treat. She sent it overnight shipping so it was practically warm. I’m not weighing tomorrow that is for sure.
