Ok so everyone knows Kale is the secret weapon of every weight loss program right. Lol. Ok I tried! Cooking down Kale for the trucking week. Garlic, Onion powder, Olive Oil, salt n pepper all to taste. I’ll throw it all together and add 1/4 stick of butter to finish. Just add protein and chow down! Have a good week y’all! 🚛🚛🚛

@peep yes. I may smoke up a pork butt or couple chickens or ribs over the weekend. In a pinch I debone a rotisserie chicken from the deli. This week I’ll add eggs or smoked salmon or smoked brisket and jalapeños for a little spicy 🌶 kick! 🔥

I like kale but my digestive system doesn’t do well with the mature kale so just eat the baby kale.

Yes Kenna I like a more tender baby kale too when I find it. I also simmer kale SEVERAL more minutes to get it as tender as possible.
