Anxiety and depression suck. I’ve started noticing a pattern. On good upbeat days I want to eat more. Haven’t had many of those lately. On low days like today, I don’t want to eat anything. On super low days I want to munch all day but thankfully not that low yet. Close but not quite.
Counseling Wednesday so hoping that helps. Get to ask about medicine changes on the 11th. The refused to make me an earlier appointment or discuss it further until the 11th. Grrr.
May be another two candy bar night to get kcal in. Or chips and cheese. Know I’ll need a shake as protein was low today. Maybe two. Guess I’d better get started at bedtime is coming soon!
