Tummy gave out with most of the fries left and 3 nuggets left. :/ Followed up with a donut when we got home lol n

Lol @rga. I’m happy with anything under 125. This ONE meal won’t make me gain lots of fat so it’s all good!

@chris I find that hard to believe 😉. I don’t feel anything rushing through me but I’m already hungry again. *sigh* good thing I planned a shake and snickers for my bedtime snack. Will just have them a little early and hopefully sleep early. Workout tomorrow.

Compared to the Nov 8 photo, this is definitely on the other end of the spectrum.

@l2e what was that photo? Normally I don’t eat this much but I was starving and it was a celebratory dinner for my daughter’s first 3 pointer this season. We all ate it up... literally lol. Shared the fries and nuggets around the table and everyone had their own meals too.

Ah nvm found it. The chicken and veggies. I’m normally in between the two 😉. I do go to each end of the spectrum though just not this (McDonalds) end often.

What my "If I’m going to over eat I’m gonna do it right!" looks like is I head for the Cookies, Fudge Stripes. I don't mess around with burgers :)

Dawg, that’s awesome lol. I love desserts and candy bars so I have to avoid them a lot or I’ll binge easily. I get one nightly candy bar as my treat usually.

@hunter. Not forbidden for those of us who can have small amounts and not binge. A lot of us work it in to our weekly calorie needs or are in maintenance. Rest assured this doesn’t happen often with me. Maybe once a month average if you count my holiday dinners, birthdays and these celebrations. I also left 3 nuggets and more than half my fries to share with the family.
