This is our life! We own a baking company, @love2educate, and I. We are tempted by these sweets all the time, but we have been pretty hard core about making sure we really don’t over do it, by indulging all the time. To say we don’t eat this stuff at all would be a lie, but as long as you make sure it is a treat, and not your daily go to, you’ll be successful! And when you cave, and eat a little too much, don’t beat your self up! Just cut a little more the next meal, and keep on track! We are learning so much about our bodies...and it is OK to have dessert!

There is so much truth in your comment❣️ I was yoyoing for a long time bc I lacked self control. It wasn’t the (insert fav food) in my case cheetos and donuts that was holding me back it was my lack of control. Your banana nilla 🧁 looks divine❣️

People always ask me how I stay thin (even when I was 50 lbs heavier) with all of the amazing baked goodies around. It’s really a matter of understanding what I’m eating (calorie wise) and making a smart decision based on my goals. Even last night I could have had a mini pie or cookie as a treat, but went with a protein shake so I could hit my macro goals. In my opinion, tracking calories is the best lifelong health decision overweight people can make. It’s a true health education.

@cotton candy-no! I don’t ride that wagon! I am the old fashioned gluten and butter, full fat and sugar type of baker. I don’t eat much of this stuff, I just make it for others! :)
