Spaghetti squash garbanzo beans in white sauce. Added some roasted sweet potatoes and presto! Veggie dinner!

The white sauce is about a half cup half and half, 2 Tbs butter, and cornstarch for thickening. I added spices to make the sauce more interesting 🤔

Looks great but again, I dislike chick peas..yucky texture.😍

Diana, if you don't like the texture of chickpeas, try simmering them for 10-15 minutes to soften them.

@Zchefdonna..I will try that but even canned ones gross me out. Its the way they break down when you chew them..#weird texturefreak

What if you toast them a bit? Dry them out. I was working on doing that a bit, but could have cooked them a little more.

This meal was AMAZING! I liked the textures, and the flavor was amazing! I felt like I was indulging, but it was healthy!
