This is NOT a whoosh. After I was up yesterday, and posted that I was trying to get over my bad attitude, I logged some better choices for the rest of the day. I was going to be over my RDI and under my Protein, but it was still better than the path I was taking.

Then I got what I thought was a caffeine headache that ended up a full blown migraine. Ive never been in that much pain before (and I cant even compare it to childbirth because - drugs). I got sick several times from it and thought my head would split. I dont know how people manage those. I never want that to happen again. Anyway, I ended up laying down for about 14 hours and came into work late. I didnt eat the stuff I planned so I was way down in cals.

Stopped at Hardees on the way to work to get something warm (fast food is my comfort food) and a soda. I figured I could splurge a little since I didnt have breakfast. I have a good day planned.

Im not going to the gym tonight. Im going to the store since I missed going yesterday. Looking forward to a strong week.

And of course my bar turned Orange today.
245.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
