I didn't go to the gym yesterday but I walked my dog to the end of the road around 8am while it was still cool. Weather has been pleasant the last few days. I've been feeling ravenous in the evening and eating too much. Mr C made pot roast last night. That's one of those meals like spaghetti that makes me want seconds. I'll motivate myself to go to the gym this morning. I need it.

2pm: Did make it to the gym and it felt good. My left knee got crunchy on the elliptical so I switched to the treadmill. That burns a lot fewer calories though at the speed I can manage.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
