We ended up having burgers for dinner last night. All I can say is I didn't eat all of mine, or the fries. I did spend 35 minutes on the tread climber, so that probably accounts for the 1/2 lb drop. Hopefully some chicken tonight, followed by some running.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
