Yesterday's gain was definitely water from too much salt. I was still over my calories yesterday, mainly from too much snacking. That's my weakness when I'm stressed from work. I have to be careful because this is our anniversary weekend too. Tonight, mom is having us over for pork chops. Tomorrow it will be "Fishy Fish Club" fine dining. Then Tuesday of next week, Highlands for my sister's bday. I must find time for the gym today, even if it's just 30 minutes.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
