So I'm somewhat recovered from my illness last week, and will resume tracking today. My weight has been fairly stable at 153 lbs. I'm starting to walk again, but hope to do some running tomorrow night & Saturday morning. Tonight I'll try for the tread climber. Speaking of running, there's a documentary streaming on Amazon called "From Fat to Finish Line." It records the weight loss of a team of 12 people running the Florida Ragnar run, something like 200 miles. Team members lost 100 lbs on average & the team total was over 1200 lbs! It's pretty inspirational & I've wanted to watch it for a few years, happy to see this! I should finish watching it tonight. As much as I'm enjoying "American Ninja Warrior," it's also great to see normal people participating in a relay run.
