Todays lunch! Trying to have a good food day! Lately working out is going great but eating right has become a little more difficult...so today my goal is to eat healthy and balanced! 💪🏻

You need to watch it. Work will take a lot of your time. You should stop and have a organised meal plans. Eat healthy and every day, this will give you more energy and you will be able to focus more and work better. Good luck

I know this was your lunch, but I also want to make this my breakfast! So good! I don't think people ever add enough veggies to their morning. Me included. I like this idea.

Fabs_van_dalen I do not know how you eat that green thing.It is impossible to eat that uncooked.

The green things are sauted spinache . So its cooked. And its turkey bacon links.☺️
