well I'm having a very hard time staying on track with my weight loss newly I can kick it into high gear and lose the weight within no time but it seems like I am stuck I don't eat as much as I should and I'm also a vegetarian so I decided to eat foods high in protein high in fiber and work out a little bit a lot of bit LOL better so I'm going to start logging into my journal here and communicate with you all for support wish me luck my goal is to at least lose 10 to 15 lb by October 31st
222.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
