Massage, haircut, hay delivered, horses caught, ridden and let go after hay was moved, garden picked... the lone asparagus lol, dog and chicken water cleaned out and refilled, presents wrapped for the youngest 5th bday tomorrow... also decorated her room with her sisters after she went to bed, cooked dinner and went through craft stuff with the oldest.

Managed to burn 1600kcal, stand only part of 13 hours and eat 1200 kcal. Odd with all I did today that it only counted 13 hours lol. Now I need a snack... but I don’t have anything that sounds good. Sucks that when I can afford the calories to eat a lot of junk I don’t have it on hand lol. BUT we finished the last of the homemade ice cream. Not even that hungry right now but I’m afraid to go to bed with a 400 kcal deficit. The muscles might shrink!!

Decided I’ll try lower protein again. I just had 40-50g at dinner and don’t want to add a shake or bar to that so soon. 70g didn’t seem to help much. I wonder if 80-90g would. I’m 5’3”, 122#, 26% bf and 86# lean mass not including bone (or fat hehe). 80-90g seems reasonable. Gym days will be higher if possible. Have 25g in a shake during the workout. BUT since Macy will be 5 and we are taking her out to eat, we may skip the gym. Another high calorie day as she will pick ‘chimichanga’ (the Mexican place we like). *sigh* it will have to be chicken on a bed of rice. We won’t count the cheese sauce on it. OR the chips and large cheese dip before the meal. 😳 I do log but no clue if it’s accurate as it’s a mom and pop place. No clue how much oil they use or what kind of white cheese dip it is. When asked about nutrition the response they gave was ‘a lot of calories, it’s not very healthy or low calorie, enjoy!’ Lol I sure will sir, thank you!

IF I stick to one bowl of cheese AND eat half like usual then I should still come in under calories until I start needing to get the protein shakes in. All depends on if we make it to the gym! Nap time! Stupid new meds have me awake 3-4 times a night so I gotta catch up IF I can sleep an hour without waking lol.
