I'm addicted to these fluffy eggs and fresh plum tomatoes from the garden for breakfast! Today I added a teaspoon of sour cream to the egg mixture, along with parsley. Holy crap, was it good. Buttered and crispy, toasted low carb flat bread made for the perfect vehicle to hold the eggs and bacon. That's Labne on the tomato, by the way. Happy Friday!

Thanks liv001! We get spoiled every summer with our garden - fresh tomatoes, squash, zucchini and peppers. Still waiting on peppers to come in. Keyten- I have not craved sweets in a couple of years. My hypoglycemia is probably why 🙂

Velvetee I have never been to France but I did take it as a language through high school and the first 3 years of college. I used to be able to speak it and read it rather fluently. Reading your profile made me realize how much I’ve lost in 30 years. But it was neat that the more I read, the more I understood. I got the gist of the translation, just not exact. 😎

Velvetee then I must mail you some ha ha. Seriously, Hormel Black Label fully cooked bacon is available on Amazon. It does not need refrigeration until you open it. You could be eating real bacon in 2 days! And I might have to dust up on my French, just for the hell of it. Je ne parle pas le Francais tres bien, mais comme ci comme ca.
