Thanks! One of the few times my omelettes stayed together lol. Needed protein so moved today’s pork chops to last night as well. I had the two leftover ones for lunch. Dinner is up in the air until I hear from hubby. Tacos if no harvest and if harvesting then a sandwich or burger. Kiddo working until who knows when so it’s all up in the air.
