Woke at 230.8, down 3.0 after a Monday fast. Brought some tuna packets for lunch. Still need to dig out of a calorie surplus from the first few days of the month. UPDATE: Had a fun lunch out and did some walking in the beautiful 80 degree sunshine this afternoon. Came home at 230.8. Logging it!
